She had built a loyal clientele, consistently ranked among the top retail performers, and loved serving her guests, but she was ready for more creative freedom, more ownership, and the opportunity to build a business on her own terms.
That decision led her to open not one, but two successful salons. The Luxe Collective Salon and ATX Gentleman Salon.
Today, Sharon brings more than experience behind the chair. She understands the realities of building an independent business because she's done it herself. From growing a loyal clientele and increasing retail sales to navigating the day-to-day challenges of salon ownership, she's walked the same path many stylists are considering.
